Yoga Classes

Willow Yoga offers many different types of group classes in Hatha Yoga. Choose the yoga class which is best for you!

Our Yoga Classes

Yoga I

No experience necessary! An introduction to traditional poses, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Yoga II

A mixed-level class designed for students with some yoga experience who are looking to further their practice.

Yoga III

An energetic flow of power yoga postures which will enhance your concentration and breath awareness.

Young Adult Yoga

Teaches young adults techniques to increase concentration and relaxation, control emotions and enhance flexibility. (ages 11 to 15)

Prenatal Yoga

Focuses on poses and breathing techniques that will help keep you more relaxed at this very special time in your life.

Gentle Yoga

A class designed for those with physical limitations. Use of chairs, blocks and other props help to modify basic yoga poses.

Child Care

We have a wonderful childcare room and excellent childcare providers to help make your yoga practice more peaceful. Babysitting is available Monday - Friday from 9:30 - 10:30. The cost is $3 charge per child and $2 for each additional child. Give us a call at 847-483-YOGA and let us know when you will need this service.

Punch Cards

A series of classes can be purchased in the following amounts and are good for 90 days from purchase:

• 4 Classes - $50
• 8 Classes - $100
• 12 Classes - $150 (plus 1 free class)

Unlimited Yoga

Take unlimited yoga classes for 3, 6 and 12 months. A great deal if you are serious about your yoga practice.

Three Months - $350 (2 classes a week ~ $13)
Six Months - $550 (2 classes a week ~ $12)
Twelve Months - $1000 (2 classes a week ~ $10)

First Visit

Experience your first class at Willow Yoga for $10.

Drop In

Drop In's are welcome at any time on a first come basis. However, we can not guarantee space in a full class. Drop In fee is $18 per class.
