Massage therapy promotes energy and vitality, overall health and well-being and is an excellent antidote for stress. Its soothing effects relieves both pain and tension and brings healing to sore and overstretched muscles. Light enough to wipe away stress it also supports healing certain conditions of the body which require medical attention. It produces balance in both the physical and mental aspects of our being.
Restricted motion and pain hampers our lifestyles. Muscle soreness, tingling in arms and legs, injuries, headaches, eye aches, lower back aches and join pain can and have been reduced or taken away through this gentle therapy. All systems of the body benefit from increased circulation and stress reduction.

Focusing is a process of awareness and attention to what we are feeling in our bodies. Through the process of conversing with our feelings we can experience emotional healing, insight and physical release leading to change.
