Willow Yoga provides an intimate, non-competitive environment to practice your hatha yoga. Our classes are kept small to provide you with high quality, individual attention. Postures can be modified to accommodate your needs and a guided relaxation will end each yoga session.

Schedule Notes

Our winter class schedule is out. It matches the fall schedule and last until March 31st.

The studio will be closed from December 24th to January 2nd. We will resume classes on Saturday, January 3rd!

New to Willow Yoga? Experience your first class for just $10. You can join classes at anytime during the schedule. Signup to let us know your coming.

'Karma' Raffle

Willow Yoga will be sponsoring a family in need this holiday season. With your help, we will provide our family with essential gift cards to brighten their holiday. To raise the money we will be holding a raffle. The winner of the raffle will receive a 12 punch card ($150 value) to start the new year!

$3.00/ticket or 4 for $10.00 All proceeds will go to the family

We are grateful that "Faith Community Homes" helped pair us with a family in need. They are a local organization that provides housing, educational opportunities and financial assistance to lower income families in Arlington Heights. By supporting our community, we reap the benefit of many "karmic" returns!!

Celebrate Winter Solstice

The winter solstice is the darkest day of the year, in the coldest of seasons. It is a time for quiet introspection and planning for the brighter days that lay ahead. Through this 2 hour workshop using meditation, pranayama, asana and savasana, Liz will guide you toward your inner light in preparation for the good things to come!

YogaKids

Kim has had to delay the beginning of her Yogakids class due to her inujury. She will be conducting some more free practice classes in December and after the new year so watch your email for dates and times!!

Recycling Corner

We want to try to educate our clients as well as ourselves on the different ways to recycle common household items. Watch our "Recycle Corner" to learn more about saving our planet! For the months of November and December, we will continue to collect "Crocs" that will be sent back to the corporation, melted down and made into new crocs that will be distributed to those in need. Thanks for your participation!

Green Eyes Organics

Our tea table this month is featuring Green Eyes Organics, a 100% natural skin, hair and body care line. It is being provided to us by Cynthia Latimer, RYT, who teaches for Willow Yoga on occasion. These products would make wonderful gifts for the holiday season. Try some of her samples or give her a call for more information on this wonderful line of products. If you're interested in ordering , Cindy will extend to you her 30% discount. Orders must be placed by December 4th. Email or call her with your order.
